This new function, created by the Civil Aviation Act 2023, will provide the aviation sector with a timely, practical, and affordable avenue to challenge certain decisions made by (or on behalf of) the Director of Civil Aviation.
We are seeking feedback on three possible application fee options for partial cost recovery of some of the costs of operating this new function.
