Transport secondary legislation consists of regulations, orders, rules, and notices made under the above transport Acts. They consist of:

Regulations and other Orders in Council

These are made by the Executive Council. They are drafted by the Parliamentary Counsel Office and published on the Legislation website https://www.legislation.govt.nz/(external link).
